A panel showing technician utilization calculated by dividing the billed hours by defined work hours (I.E) 4 hours billed in an 8 hour day would be 50% Allow the work hours to be configurable and have bars change color when certain numbers are hit. Anything above 60% would be yellow anything above 80% would be red.
